Refusal of submitted work

Global Proofing reserves the right to not accept any submitted work for any reason.

Submitted work

Global Proofing is not responsible for the accuracy of the content of any submitted works.

Submitted papers are considered ready for proofing.  That is they have made it past the editing process and could be submitted to their intended publication, journal, magazine, etc.  All of the content is complete and all that is needed is proofreading corrections such as grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc.

The customer agrees to review all suggestions for correction in each submitted work.  The customer takes full responsibility for the use of these suggestions and does not hold Global Proofing in any way responsible for suggestions made or for any errors overlooked in the submitted work for any reason.

Satisfaction through quality suggestions are what we strive to give at Global Proofing.  Global Proofing does not guarantee that a revised work will be error free.  If such a mistake is made or discovered after the final revision please promptly contact us to remedy the situation.

Global Proofing is in no way held responsible or liable for any submitted work being rejected by a journal, publication, magazine, etc. due to any proofing suggestions we made or failed to make. However, if a rejection occurs due to the English of the work please contact us and we will help, if we can, in anyway possible to correct the error.

Since most papers proofed contain subject matter that is unfamiliar to the proofreader, it is the sole responsibility of the author to check its accuracy.  If there is any question about the content on the part of the proofreader it will be commented about using Track Changes in Microsoft Word.
